Once an order has been successfully placed, it can no longer be cancelled.
Please note that placed order modifications are not allowed, including but not limited to:
- Changes in delivery address
- Updates to cart contents (e.g., adding, removing, or replacing items)
If updates are necessary, the order must first be returned and will be reprocessed as a new order. This process requires the assistance of our Contact Center Team or a My Amway Place (MAP) Associate, who will guide you through the return and help ensure the correct order is placed.
However, under the Amway Promise, we are committed to your satisfaction. If your product does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange or a full refund.
To qualify, simply return the product within 100 days from the date of purchase to any of the following locations:
- My Amway Place
- LBC Branch
- Amway Distribution Center (ADC), where the product was purchased
