Promo Period: July 20 – August 15, 2026

Promo Offer: Trade in any old water purifier (eSpring™ or any other brand) and receive 10% OFF on the purchase of a New eSpring™ Water Purifier.

Eligibility:

1. Open to all ABO Leaders (Current Platinums and Up).
2. Each ABO Leader may trade in up to 10 old water purifier units during the promo period.
3. Each validated trade-in unit is equivalent to one (1) 10% discount coupon for the purchase of one (1) New eSpring™ Water Purifier.
4. Accepted trade-in units include:
   • Previous eSpring™ models
   • Any brand of water purifier or water filtration system (countertop, under-counter, standalone, or similar)
5. Trade-in units may be functional (working, still operating) or non-functional (not working, damaged, etc).
6. Proof of ownership is not required.
7. All surrendered units become the property of Amway and will not be returned.

In-Shop Trade-In Procedure

Step 1: Visit a My Amway Place (MAP)

The ABO Leader brings the old water purifier unit to any participating MAP during the promo period.

Step 2: Unit Validation

Amway Cashiers will:

• Validate the surrendered unit.
• Complete the Trade-In Form (Waiver) with contact details:
  • ABO Leader Name
  • ABO Number
  • Brand and model of surrendered unit
  • Signature

Step 3: Coupon Issuance

Once the unit is validated:

• A 10% Trade-In Coupon will be seeded to the ABO Leader’s account.
• Cashiers will facilitate applying the coupon immediately for the availment of the promo.

Online Trade-In Procedure (via Contact Center)

Step 1: Register Trade-In Request

ABO Leaders may register their trade-in request through the Amway Contact Center by calling #26929 or emailing amwayph.contactcenter@amway.com.

Step 2: Submit Required Information

The ABO Leader must provide:

• Full Name
• ABO Number
• Mobile Number
• Preferred or nearest MAP
• Brand and model of the surrendered water purifier

Step 3: Confirmation from Contact Center

ABO Leader will receive confirmation from Contact Center about:

• The registration of the trade in request.
• The designated MAP where the unit should be submitted.
• Promo redemption.
• Shipping or delivery charges that will be shouldered by the ABO Leader.

Step 4: Submit the Trade-In Unit

The ABO Leader must surrender or ship the old water purifier unit to the designated MAP within the promo period.

Step 5: Validation and Coupon Issuance

Upon submission of the trade in unit and validation of Amway cashiers, the ABO Leader will receive the following:

• Validation of the surrendered unit.
• Notification about the seeded 10% Trade-In Coupon.
• Notification via phone call and email that the coupon has been issued.

Step 6: Purchase New eSpring™ Online

The ABO Leader may now proceed with the purchase of the New eSpring™ Water Purifier through the regular online ordering process and apply the seeded coupon during checkout.

Important Terms & Conditions

• One (1) validated trade-in unit is equivalent to one (1) 10% Trade-In Coupon.
• Coupon redemption is limited to one coupon per unit. Accumulation of coupons for redemption is not allowed.
• Trade-In Coupons are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.
• Coupons are non-transferable and may only be used by the ABO Leader account to which they were issued.
• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Discounts cannot be applied to complete or previous transactions.
• Surrendered units will not be returned.
• Availed eSpring Units are covered by 5-year warranty.
• Amway reserves the right to verify and validate all trade-in units and reject submissions that do not meet the promo requirements.
